when i put eyeliner on all the way to the tear duct it doesnt stay for long. i get build up and it doesnt look good after a couple of hours. do you have any tips to prevent that from happening?

i got my liquid eyeliner at the dollar store lol… i actually found it to work really good! it wont come off if u rub it but it does come off easily with water it comes in a mitallic pink color
