How Do I Apply Eyeliner The Correct Way?
Am I supposed to put eyeliner on the “waterline” (pink line just below the eye), or below the waterline? I use pencil eyeliner and after a couple minutes I put it on, it smudges and almost dissappears. My eyes get a little watery. What’s the best brand of pencil eyeliner? And what’s the best brand of crayon eyeliner (like almay eyeliners)? Help.
I personally never wear eyeliner on my waterline cuz mine gets really watery too. so i just gave up and never cared to. but my niece uses a product from katie b cosmetics that’s specifically for the waterline and she says it works great. no smudges or smears.
and supposedly wearing liner on ur waterline will make your eyes appear smaller. well… that’s if you wear it all the way around i think. but if its just the top then it will just make your top and lashes look thicker and darker.
Do not put it on while driving. Thats all I know
Well you could put them on either your eye lid, or on your waterline. Looks best on the waterline. don’t worry if your eyes get a little watery, it happens with me too. You should hold the eyeliner pencil as you would hold a pencil to write with. use your other hand to stretch the eye you are going to line from the outer corner. And make sure you don’t stretch your eye too much, just a bit.

Yes you are supposed to put it in the waterline. You may need an expensive liner if it smudges though. Try Estee Lauder or Elizabeth Arden.
