My 5yo "blessed" my car’s paint job by "protecting" it with her sunscreen in very large patches. Any suggestions on removing it and hopefully not harming the paint any more than it already has been? It took awhile before we realized what she had put on and we’d run it through the car wash a couple of times. Thanks!!
I feel icky and gross after using sunscreen. Tried all sorts of different ‘oil-free’, now I use Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry-Touch Sunblock which seems the least gross of them all. Yet it doesn’t matter if I scrub with soap and warm water forever, I can still feel/smell it on my skin 2 days later! And yes, I’m compulsive enough that I know how to wash myself properly. 
Tried all sorts of different soaps, didn’t really make a difference. Regardless of whether the sunscreen claims to be hypoallergenic/noncomedogenic, it still promotes acne. Only solution I’ve come up with is to mix 50/50 rubbing alcohol and water and wipe it off with cotton balls. Am I just re-inventing make-up remover? Am I the only person bugged by this? Is there any hope without going full-on metro and getting yet another skin product?
What sunscreen do lifeguards use on the beach? Specifically Myrtle Beach. They’re always extremely tan and are never burnt.
We are on a trip to Mexico in 1 week and I have a 14 year old son. He has fare skin,burns easy and gets dry skin often.
How much sunscreen will I need, how much should I slather on him before going out swimming, when to use it, and how often to re-apply? I will also bring aloe lotion and moisturizers, how much will I need to use for moisturizers also?
I made the huge mistake of spraying Coppertone Sport Continuous Spray SPF50 sunscreen on my son while we were standing on the Pergo floor. Now, there is a residue of sunscreen on the Pergo floor surrounding where I applied the sunscreen. I have tried a number of times to remove it, all unsuccessfully. Does anyone have any idea what I can do without further damaging the floor?
I know that sunscreen should be used on a daily basis and throughout the year every time one goes out in the sun. But my problem is that it doesn’t look nice on my face as I always get white streaks and blotches no matter how hard I try to apply it evenly and smoothly. I have oily skin and I use Photoderm Max SPF100 fluid (I live in a hot and sunny country and the dermatologist recommended this for me).
Any tips?
i just got back form a week at the beach, and my face is SUPER DRY and my skin is peeling on my nose! i was using neutrogena oil free (http://www.shop.com/Neutrogena_Ultra_Sheer_Dry_Touch_Sunblock_-38882350-51539362-p!.shtml) on my nose and cheeks.. what can help stop the drying w/ out giving me blemishes??
I work in a daycare and began using sunscreen on the 3yr olds and was wondering about a bottle I threw away from last year.It was pretty full but could`nt find an expiration date on it.
SHOULD I PUT ON SUNSCREEN BEFORE OR AFTER MY MOISTURIZER IN THE MORNING????????
I have big windows that get lots of full sun. A consultant recommends "soleil" sunscreen shades that cut out a lot of the light but keep the view. They are used commercially a lot, and aren’t cheap. But they seem like a good solution.
